The Akron RubberDucks are hosting job fairs and non-profit informational sessions for their upcoming season at Canal Park. The job fairs for gameday staff and RubberDucks concession positions will be held on Feb. 27, 28, and March 2. The non-profit organization fundraising informational sessions are scheduled for Feb. 22 and March 2.
The job fair schedule is as follows:
– Feb. 27: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for non-concessions positions
– Feb. 28: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for concessions positions
– March 2: Noon to 2 p.m. for concessions positions
Candidates interested in applying should bring a resume and can complete an application before or at the job fair. Pre-registration is not required, and resumes can also be emailed to jobs@akronrubberducks.com.
The non-profit organization fundraising informational sessions are intended for groups looking to work in concessions or help with various activities during the games. The fundraising informational sessions will take place on Feb. 22 in the evening and on March 2 in the morning.
Canal Park, located at 300 S. Main St., Akron, will host the RubberDucks’ home opener on April 5 against the Altoona Curve.
