Wisconsin Badgers Pursuing New Mexico State Transfer Andre Seldon
Wisconsin Badgers have made a swift move to recruit New Mexico State transfer cornerback, Andre Seldon, a former Under Armour All-American. Although Wisconsin did not originally recruit Seldon out of Belleville High School in Michigan, the team has strong connections to him through Minnesota’s cornerbacks coach, Paul Haynes, who had previously recruited Seldon.
The Badgers wasted no time in reaching out to Seldon once he entered the transfer portal earlier this week, arranging an official visit scheduled to begin on Jan. 3. Seldon expressed his positive relationship with coach Haynes, stating, “When coach Pat showed him my name in the portal, he was like, ‘I know this dude. He’s a dawg.’”
