Candidates are required to carry a printout of their updated resume, any 2 photo identity proofs, and all original education documents for verification.
To ensure a smooth entry into the campus, candidates must have their double dose vaccination certificate handy, as there will be random checks by the security team. In addition, a valid negative RT-PCR report (within 72 hours) is required for candidates with single vaccination or those who have traveled between states despite being fully vaccinated. COVID-19 protocols, including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing, must be strictly followed at all times.
Applicants for this role should have excellent communication skills, work experience with exchange online protection and O365 admin center, and familiarity with ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Control M.
