EPFO Order dated 19.12.2023: Clarification on Pay Fixation on Grant of NFU from Level – 8 to Level – 9

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, has issued an important clarification regarding pay fixation on the grant of NFU from Level – 8 to Level – 9 in the cadre of AO/EO. This order, dated 19th December 2023, addresses the need for instructions on pay fixation on the grant of NFU to EO/AO.

The matter has been carefully examined in consultation with the HRD and Audit Division, leading to the decision that for pay fixation of the EO/AOs on the grant of NFU in Level 9, Rule 13 of the CCS(RP) Rules, 2016 may be referred. This clarification aims to provide necessary guidance to the zonal offices and all officer-in-charge of ROs.
