As an analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI performance in a US healthcare process. The individual will be involved in schedule adherence, developing an excellent working climate within the function, and supporting all multi-skilling initiatives within the process. Additionally, the candidate will need to display a high level of integrity in all dealings with internal/external customers and have exposure to MS Office.
To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, candidates should be Any Graduate (Arts/science/commerce/business) with or without experience in the US healthcare domain, have a typing speed of >25 Words/Minute & an accuracy of 90%, possess decent communication skills (written & verbal), be flexible to work in shifts, and have an aptitude test scoring of 90% and above.
