Job Description:
– Position: Process Associate
– Date: Every week, Monday to Friday
– Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST
– Venue: Weikfield IT Park, D-Block 6th Floor, opposite Hayat Hotel, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014

Responsibilities:
– Handling customer queries over inbound calls
– Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
– Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through communication
– Ability to work in a 24/7 environment in the blended process

Required Candidate Profile:
– Graduate freshers, experienced, or undergraduate can apply
– Comfortable in both English and Hindi language
– Able to hold up conversations

Salary: 15.5K CTC
