Candidates are expected to possess analytical and problem-solving skills, display ownership and accountability, and quickly build trust and confidence with customers. Experienced candidates should have a minimum of 24 months of work experience in Service Desk/ Tech support process, with intermediate knowledge of T/S OS (Windows XP-10), Browsers, MS Office suite, and T/S Small Forms (iOS, Andrioid, Windows).

Preferred skills include PBX Administration Avaya or similar, Anti-Virus & IT Security best practices implementation & administration, process compliance knowledge of the ITIL Framework, and knowledge of McAfee products.

Candidates are expected to have time management, communication & relationships skills, as well as skills & knowledge in various areas such as communication at all levels, working to tight deadlines / service levels, business etiquette, and broad knowledge of IT products, services, and terminology.
