Key Operations Delivery:
– Greet visitors/clients with a friendly and courteous front office service.
– Notify site personnel of guest arrivals and coordinate pick-up if necessary.
– Issue visitor badges, access cards, and ensure safety briefings are provided.
– Ensure compliance with Accenture processes and maintain visitor logbook.
– Assist visitors with special needs, including disabilities.
Workplace Operating Playbook:
– Maintain cleanliness of lobby, lifts, and public areas.
– Handle client/visitor complaints and feedback, escalating issues as necessary.
– Coordinate with night shift staff for large events and ensure badges are ready for allocation.
– Follow client safety and security protocols and participate in emergency evacuation procedures.
Performance Objectives:
– Handle tasks related to soft services as per operational needs.
Key Skills:
– Knowledge of facility office management.
– Customer satisfaction.
