The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will be hosting Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 – an awareness and outreach program – at three venues across the union territories on December 27. The theme of the program will cover topics such as filing grievances, fraud prevention, digital services, and the rights of employees in respect of employers. The aim of the program is to ensure broad-based participation, awareness, grievance redressal, and an information exchange network closer to the stakeholders of EPFO.
Historically, the EPFO has played a crucial role in providing social security to employees and addressing their financial needs post retirement. The organization has continuously worked towards ensuring the welfare of its subscribers, pensioners, and employees, as well as educating them about their rights and digital services available to them.
The program at Ramban, Budgam, and Leh will be addressed by the District Nodal Officers Devinder Singh, Lateef Ahmad Zargar, and Sandeep Kumar respectively.
This event encourages active participation from employers, employees, and representatives, and serves as an important platform for information exchange and grievance redressal within the EPFO community. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to gain valuable insights into social security and rights as an employee.
